Do i need to log in to place an order on your site?
No, although you will have an option to create an account during the checkout process. An account allows you to see previous orders and add items to your wish list. Account holders may also receive special discounts in the future.
How long will my order take to receive?
- Orders placed before 10am will be dispatched on same day. From 10am onwards will be dispatched the following day.
- Orders placed before 10Am will be delivered in next 2 – 7 working days, with the exception of some regional areas. Please note that during busy periods there may regrettably be some occasions where you may experience a slight delay in receiving your order, but rest assured that we will always endeavour to get your order out as quickly as possible for you.

- We have a flat shipping rate of $9.99 on all orders across Australia; however there are few products that a large in quantity, depending on the package weight and location there would be additional charge. We will contact you at the earliest on the same if you fall into the extra postage bracket.
