The Multimillion dollar company, Loreal have once gain lost their case in court to stop a small time fragrance company from selling perfumes which lLoreal claim to smell the same as their products. The case will betaking further to the Europeon Court of Justice, but with costs of over 750 000 it may be becoming more then it is worth.

The perfumes which Loreal claim to smell the same are much cheaper and is causing massive finicial upsetfor the company. Creation Lamis is the brand name of these perfumes, and although not very well known after this case they will be very well known.
